Pizza meets LCHF

Finally you can eat junk food on LCHF.

Eat it, just eat it.

Bring in the noise, bring in Amanda Blank

She is either a white Missy Elliot or a black Katy Perry - from either perspective, Amanda Blank has got something going. Don't miss "Something bigger, something better":

If you haven't heard of her - then hear of her. And do it now. This chick is from Philly, so she has to be good. In addition, she like colorful clothes. That's always a plus. Just look at MIA. Sitting on the edge of my seat for the next album.

Heed the head, the radiohead

You know it, girlfriend! It is the latest Radiohead album "The King of Limbs". Big shoes to fill, indeed.

I hate to put a frown on the heads of all Radiohead fans but was there anything to hang in the Christmas tree here? Not so much. I mean sure, you get to see Thom Yorke thrust in the vid for "Lotus Flower"... and "Codex" has a really cool intro. But nah, the thumb of my limb is not too positive.

Ratatat LP4 and also 3

"Yeees..." it's a New York based experimental band but who cares, hipster is not mainstream just yet. If you have not heard of Ratatat, you must make space in your agenda because this is a worthy infusion. I can promise a lot of birds and stuff, you won't regret it. An extra plus for the deep base they deliver. Check out the songs "Falcon Jab", "Mirando" and why not "Drugs":

Roxette is back and school is no longer cool...

You cannot teach charm and evidently it is also hard to put into music format. What these blond suedoises desperately need is a thesaurus-infusion into their lyrics, because right now, it sounds like something I could have written. And that is really a bad sign.

For some reason I got the "Deluxe version", meaning I get to hear live recordings of old hits. What joy. I should mention two good'er tracks though, they would be "She's Got Nothing On (But The Radio)" and "Only when I dream" which are 100% Swedish sound. Other than that, I would hope for a Borat version called "Chram School" or that this album self-destructs after it is finished, taking with it the failing carcass of my Nokia XpressMusic so that I have an excuse to buy a new mobe'.
